Yelp! Reviews

If you have been sued by a business for a Yelp review (or other Internet review), then shame on that business and more shame on their attorney. As a consumer and an Yelp reviewer you have more rights than you realize. I've never had a client lose after being sued by a business for their Yelp review. Don't worry even if you signed a contract that says you can't write a negative review, because in fact you can be awarded even more money by law because that contract is not only voidable but such contracts carry automatic statutory awards to the consumer. Call Wexford Law to discuss how you can win such a frivilous lawsuit.
